Authorization Services
Preparing the technical documentation – DT and submitting the dossier required to obtain the urban planning certificate and construction permit, announcing the start of work to the City Hall and the State Construction Inspection, and commencing construction. We also handle site organization authorization or, if necessary, obtaining the urban planning certificate for obtaining the operating permit.
ISU Approval, ISU Authorization
Through specialized architects and engineers under the guidance of fire safety verifiers, our company offers comprehensive services for obtaining fire safety approval/authorization for the following types of works: Legal Compliance; ISU Opinion; Fire Safety Audit; Fire Safety Approval/Authorization for new constructions and changes in space usage.”
